@manuzhang Yes, I find that `vertexHierarchyLevelMap()` can cause dead loop
if graph contains circle. But for topology sorting, the graph will call
`topologicalOrderWithCirclesIterator()` if contains circle. So can we make
`vertexHierarchyLevelMap()` possible to support circles in graph?
