Want to update this? You've made a couple of releases. Have you considered how far along to graduation you think you are? Are the technical requirements in your item #3 necessary for graduation? Why? Isn't graduation about process and adopting ASF norms? Do you feel you need more time in incubation or would you consider voting on graduation soon?
