Fixed one failing clicache (ThinClientCSTXN) due to an invalid gfsh arg.
Apparently gfsh still requires gemfire terminology:
gemfire.ALLOW_PERSISTENT_TRANSACTIONS
not geode.ALLOW_PERSISTENT_TRANSACTIONS
