    GEODE-2486: Initialize OpenSSL for DEFAULT cipher support.

    - Init SSLv23_client mode to support negotiation of all SSL/TLS
      versions.
    - Cleanup C++ style issues.
    - Update tests to use NON-NULL cipher.
