    I think this was an existing test moved out of ConfigCommandDUnit, but it 
looks to me like what ought to be a few separate tests.  (The call to 
`deleteTestFiles()` and a new command invocation suggest the start of a new 
test.) I think the comments (e.g. "//Test export config for all members") even 
provide names for the smaller tests.
