I would like to backport the fix for https://nam04.safelinks.protection.outlook.com/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fissues.apache.org%2Fjira%2Fbrowse%2FGEODE-8620&data=04%7C01%7Cjmelchior%40vmware.com%7C59104257e7d346cd291f08d875da76a5%7Cb39138ca3cee4b4aa4d6cd83d9dd62f0%7C0%7C0%7C637388928459906084%7CUnknown%7CTWFpbGZsb3d8eyJWIjoiMC4wLjAwMDAiLCJQIjoiV2luMzIiLCJBTiI6Ik1haWwiLCJXVCI6Mn0%3D%7C1000&sdata=alM8ABmKV3xtQqfKnJPzT113isvPbGr%2B7Mh3g11QwM4%3D&reserved=0 to the 1.13.1 branch. This bug causes incorrect redundancy levels to be reported for regions in which not all buckets have been created when using the Restore/StatusRedundancy features introduced in 1.13.0. The fix is minimal and has passed all tests run against the develop pipeline. Thanks, Donal
