Hi folks,

Last week we discussed moving Geode to the attic [1]. I'm sad to find us at 
this point. But given that we will soon be without three active members to form 
a functional PMC, it's time to put this to a vote. I propose we dissolve the 
Geode PMC and move the Geode project to the attic.
