Hi everyone,

I'm a member of the SAS team working to bring Geode back to health, and I
am working on my first contribution to the project.

I've recently opened a pull request suggesting several updates to the Geode
documentation, specifically sections on project security. The pull request
suggests we update the document at <
https://geode.apache.org/docs/guide/114/about_geode.html> in order to:

* Add a Security Model statement to the Security section
* Reposition the entire Security section to the top-level hierarchy of the
document for improved visibility
* Add a link to the security pages in the "Apache Geode is 15 or Less"
section to enhance accessibility to related resources

My goal with these changes is to help users implement Geode more securely.
ASF security consultant Arnout Engelen has already reviewed the changes and
approved them in broad strokes. However, he suggests (and I agree) that
because this documentation is so foundational to the project a few more
members of the Geode project should review, comment on, and approve
it—especially members of the Geode PMC.

So I am writing to ask for your kind review of my suggestions for updating
Geode's security documentation. You'll find the PR here:

https://github.com/apache/geode/pull/7920

Thank you,
Kaajal Nanavati
