That is, in fact, a great point. That's exactly what I was trying to get
out of this thread: a simple, minimalistic agreement to get us going.
The simpler -- the easier it is to evolve.

I'll document the process on a wiki shortly and will test drive with
a few JIRAs over the weekend.
