So for spinning an RC2 we have the following changes to pull into the 
release/1.0.0-incubating.M1 branch:

1) Update instructions in README.md (GEODE-769)

        9b74f89bbd64cc8a90cf256ad1af2466e21c6388

2) Update copyright publication year in src/bin NOTICE files (GEODE-815)

commit:
        80971d5250f7bc6fe3341d04c249cbee261dab0d

3) Include Spring, Netty in binary NOTICE file (GEODE-610)

commit:
        TBD…there’s still some discussion happening on this issue.  Comments 
welcome!

Let’s try to wrap up the discussion on GEODE-610 so we can cut the RC tomorrow.
