More notes:

1) Preserve joptsimple authors (njadhav, Nikhil Jadhav, Emils Solmanis, Paul
Holger)

2) Do not remove the author tag from MX4JModelMBean (there’s a separate bug on
the source header for this file).

3) Do not remove the author tag from ANSIBuffer. Again, this is a third-party
work where we should not modify unnecessarily.

4) Preserve the author tags on ObjectIntHashMap.

5) Do not remove the author tag from ObjIdConcurrentMap. This also needs to
have the Apache source header removed as it is in the public domain. Should be
added to LICENSE as well.

6) Do not remove the author tag from ForceableLinkedBlockingQueue. This also
needs to have the Apache source header removed as it is in the public domain.
Should be added to LICENSE as well.

7) Do not remove the author tag from CompactConcurrentHashSet2. This also
needs to have the Apache source header removed as it is in the public domain.
Should be added to LICENSE as well.

Whew. I guess it’s the day for massive commits!
