Hi devs,

Here's some new features and bug fixes for the widget :

   * (new) before creating and adding nodes using a layer object, its
'displayInLayerSwitcher' property is checked first. If set to false, no
node is added.
   * (new) options to toggle on and off the legends (per layer type) :
wmsLayerNodes and vectorLayerNodes
   * (fix) layer with visibility: true now have their legend correctly
shown on first load
   * (new) vector legends now supported

Feel free to take a peak or comment :

Thanks to Phil Scadden for reporting the above issues and new
potential upgrades.

Regards,

Alexandre
