Build Error.

The is a problem with geronimo\activemq\etc\projects.xml,  the following was 
added

<contributor>
   <name>Leo�Pechersky</name>
   <email></email>
</contributor>
Plus some whitespace changes.
I suspect the � isn't being parsed properly or its invalid.
Problem occurs during a "maven -p dependencies.xml"
