Drop Axion configuration?

Any objections to dropping the Axion configuration 
(default-database-plan.xml) from the distribution? This has been 
retained up to now for backward compatibility but the primary database 
has been Derby for quite a while now.

Axion will still be usable via normal JDBC configuration.
