LDAP Login Module (related to GERONIMO-417)

Hi All,
   
       I wish to contribute an LDAP login module to allow authentication againts an LDAP server (including MSAD). This is related to jira issue 417.  The module has been tested to work on OpenLDAP 2.0.27 (for windows) and MSAD on windows 2003 advanced server and  tested to work on Geronimo revision 233272.   Will also provide sample configuration and  a sample web application using LDAP for authentication.
