The WTP All-in-one pack is only available for the .7 release which is
quite old now.
I've been working with WTP to ensure that all their plugins have been
converted to jars, and this has been recently done for the ones listed
below. Thats why the .7 all in one package no longer works. Plus there
have been many breaking API changes since then, so the plugin will not
build against it anyways. You will need to use a recent integration
driver.

It seems that some jars aren't available and they exist as directories.
