Build Failure executing new4 goal

I did a fresh checkout this morning and successfully built the using the 
traditional goal (maven m:rebuild-all).

Then attempted to build using the new goals (new0, new00, new1->new5).. 
 I'm getting the following failure while executing maven -o new4..
