As Chris mentioned ... the easiest way to correct this is to just replace the
icon. The replacement icon is the attachment (not sure how we're supposed to
handle a binary replacement via a patch).
There is still one problem but that will have to wait for another day since
there are so many other critical issues right now. The icon works when creating
a shortcut on firefox (even though it request a refresh to pick it up).
However, it does not work for IE for some reason. This is no better (or worse)
than things were prior to this with the Gluecode Joe icon which also didn't
seem to work with IE.
