If the <jaxrpc-mapping-file> points to an invalid location, a
NullPointerException is produced. It should instead give a DeploymentException
with a message like:
webservices.xml for EJB JAR points to jaxrpc-mapping-file 'META-INF/foo.map'
for service 'bar' but that file is not found.
