Description: Install configuration using installer jar as source
repository. (was: Change this issue to only apply to 1.0.1. Another issue will
be created
to address 1.1.)
Version: 1.1
The new patch:
1. Installs the configuration using the installer jar as a repository.
2. Fixes the problem with the console (extra line added to Pluto xml).
3. Properly includes javamail dependency in project.xml.
4. Adds additional logging capabilities to FixTextLines (-DTRACE=true).
5. Executes configuration installer and FixTextLines as extensions
of the installer rather than external java executables.
