Jacek Laskowski commented on GERONIMO-1738: ------------------------------------------- The module is for people who use Maven to work with Geronimo. Although it's used by us in openejb, there might be other modules/projects that already use it, too (cf. adventurebuilder and petstore sample apps in sandbox). We have to support current users (in order to preserve backward-compatibility). I think we should leave the M1 current plugin and write *another* M2 plugin (seems it backs up the 2nd option of yours). We'll need to figure out how to create a space for such plugins in the repo. > Plugin migration to Maven 2: geronimo-deployment-plugin > ------------------------------------------------------- > > Key: GERONIMO-1738 > URL: http://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/GERONIMO-1738 > Project: Geronimo > Type: Sub-task > Components: buildsystem > Versions: 1.x > Reporter: Jacek Laskowski > > It's a task to keep track of the progress of the plugin build migration to > Maven2 -- This message is automatically generated by JIRA. - If you think it was sent incorrectly contact one of the administrators: http://issues.apache.org/jira/secure/Administrators.jspa - For more information on JIRA, see: http://www.atlassian.com/software/jira
