Paul McMahan updated GERONIMO-1802:
-----------------------------------

    Attachment: removeDeprecations.patch

This patch replaces calls to deprecated methods that are going to be removed
from the kernel. It also replaces deprecated calls to DWR which changed after
upgrading it to version 1.1.

After applying this patch there is one remaining call to a deprecated kernel
method in DerbyConnectionUtil.jva. I left that in place because it is already
fixed in a separate patch that has not been applied yet (dbinfo.patch).
