David J,
Is there a reason that we can not host these 2 (xmlbeans and
xmlbeans-maven-plugin) jars at people.apache.org/~djencks with a new
version? It will be much more user friendly, just in case someone wants
to try an m2 build before the jars are available publicly!

Thanks
Anita
