Should the we modify the the new5 goal in 1.1 to exclude the zzzzj2ee-installer assembly ?

It may be misleading to have it built if it doesn't work.  Users will 
try to build from source and will ask us why the installer doesn't work...

I also noticed that the standard.jar that seems to be only under the 
zzzzj2ee-installer assembly is different to the standard-1.1.1.jar file 
available from  
http://archive.apache.org/dist/jakarta/taglibs/standard/binaries/ . 
Don't have time to investigate now.
