I disagree. If it's required new voting, it has to end at the 24-hour
period finish. In other scenarios, you're right (and that's why I
wrote about the 18-hour time period since Matt begun the vote 6 hours
ago).
I don't know why I claimed the 24-hour period was required. I
appologize for it, Dave. I'm really, really sorry and appreciate your
patience.
