FYI, there is also a Copyright plugin for IDEA which I just played with and it works well... er well enough.

I have just done that on XBean manually :(
but i guess some script would be easier.

Over on general@ in the AMQ vote discussion, David Crossley mentioned
some scripts for doing this here:

He also noted that these scripts have a practice mode that scans for
existing and missing license headers.
