Rick, can you update all_changes.log to indicate this if it isn't
already done?
Basically my opinion is that we can drop the dead-1.2 branch as soon
as all the items in all_changes.log are marked completed in some way.
Please, anyone who committed to the branch when it was trunk, review
all_changes.log and figure out what happened to the work, and update
your lines to mark the resolution.
grep <username> all_changes.log
may be helpful or even
grep <username> all_changes.log | grep "Not Merged"
thanks

The javamail commits that were made to dead-1.2 were not directly
merged into 1.2 trunk because of the reorganization that was done
with the javamail code. That bit at least is done.

In the "Release Early, Release Often" thread David Jencks raised a
few times that there are still commits to dead-1.2 that have not
been merged into trunk. I may have missed them, but I haven't
noticed any merges from dead-1.2 in a while. Should we consider
anything left in 1.2 abandoned and delete the branch?
