Fix For: 4.2
It appears the activemq-version property defined in the parent pom.xml still
points to 4.1-incubator-SNAPSHOT. I believe this should already be
4.2-incubator-SNAPSHOT.
Also need to update the activecluster version to point to the latest snapshot
