I just fixed the CorbaRefBuilder to actually work, however now it's inserting
References that cause starting components to fail when there isn't a matching
CORBABean available.
I'm not sure what the best solution is. One simple solution would be to remove
the CorbaRefBuilder from configurations without corba running. However this
would mean you'd have to explicitly enable corba deployments when you want them.
