The Tomcat change is required otherwise the at the time configurePOJO() method
is called the moduleGBean is not added yet to the DeploymentContext. If you
look at the JettyModuleBuilder the moduleGBean is added right away and
therefore is visible to CXFBuilder when configurePOJO() method is called.
