I'm still trying to understand what exactly this means to users of
Geronimo/Tomcat.
IIUC, enabling host/engine clustering basically means that all web
applications on a particular host/engine that contain the distributable
tag in their web.xml will replicate session state with other cluster
members that use the same multicast address and are on the same subnet.
Now for context attribute replication... Does this mean that a user can
specify unique replication domain per individual web application from a
common Tomcat/Geronimo installation? Or is it something different?
I'm trying to understand what advantage context attribute replication
provides.
