bq. 4. Copy & paste the cayenne-agent-3.0-SNAPSHOT.jar in to the extracted
GERONIMO_HOME/lib folder.

-javaagent:lib/cayenne-agent-3.0-SNAPSHOT.jar -jar bin/server.jar' command from
GERONIMO_HOME folder.
These steps should not be necessary. the geronimo javaagent basically lets you
register class transformers at any time you want, not just before jvm startup.
This seems to work fine for openjpa.
