JIRA Problem

Hi Folks,

I think Dims have applied GERONIMO-2979(More improvements to the 
Geronimo Axis2 Integration) patch and closed the JIRA. But not it looks 
it is not closed anymore. Does anybody has any idea?

I remember that today morning there was a problem of accessing JIRA from 
my side. Don't know this is something related to it or not.
