Description:
This is a placeholder for different webservice POJOI test cases we need:
1) webservice doesn't not have to implement SE when there is one.
2) Supports javax.xml.ws.WebServiceProvider annotation
3) Axis2 - Only methods annotated with @WebMethod in the service implementation
bean are exposed to the client. This works with CXF, per Jarek.
4) Publish the service-ref WSDL (getWsdlLocation method is available for use.)
