Does anyone know if there is a convenient way to plug a Tuscany C++ based

mechanism available?

There is the servicemix-sca JBI component, but it is only geared for
Java and is currently out of date (and therefore out of sync) with
Tuscany. A while back Guillaume requested that someone from Tuscany
take over its development and they enthusiastically agreed but didn't
have the time at that moment. Maybe we should start up a discussion
about this again with the Tuscany folks.
