There is a bug in ClassLoaderXmlPreprocessor with regard to loading shared libraries. It looks like a copy paste error. It has been documented and patched here https://issues.apache.org/activemq/browse/SM-952 and here http://www.nabble.com/Possible-bug-in-SU-shared-library-loading-tf3841041s12049.html.
