2.0 Release - Branching on Monday July 23rd around 0900 ET

Its about that time to liberate trunk from the lethargy of waiting  
for 2.0 to ship and I propose that we branch on Monday morning around  
0900 Eastern time.  This will make trunk 2.1-SNAPSHOT and I'll copy  
trunk to branches/2.0.0

I spect we'll start CTS at that time.
I'll put out a separate e-mail that has a collective set of release  
criteria.
