Hi Jay, Good question. Here's a start of a list 1. Do the poms look correct?2. Are the legal t's and i's crossed and dotted? License/Notice files in all the jars and in the source. Apache source license headers in all of the source files. 3. Do the specs work? Usually this means we satisfied with their bahavior in tck testing.
