Modified to work with released apacheds 1.5.0 in the copied branches/2.0 in
rev. 564058.
Still need to figure out what versions to call these things and whether to have
a plugin for apacheds 1.0.x
Make less dependent on the geronimo version it's running in (versions in target
plan)
Figure out what to do about the demo.
