We should probably move any Jira's closed against 2.0.x to 2.0.2.

FYI, I've made some administrative updates to our Geronimo releases
on Jira. For instance, I "released" G 2.0 M4-M7, created 2.0.1
(released) and 2.0.2 (unreleased). I think it now accurately reflects
our current release structure. Let me know if there are any problems...
