I could figure this part as the server.name has to match the directory names
created under geronimo_home for additional server instances.

The page shows a grid with nine boxes filled in red.  The smaller squares
inside are filled in black and does not display any numbers whereas the
picture in
http://cwiki.apache.org/GMOxDEV/clustering-configuration-for-jetty.htmlshows
the smaller squares containing number 1.
