wiki update notifications for 2.2 doc

I've noticed that I'm not receiving any notifications for changes to 
documents in the new 2.2 space.  Does anybody know how to administer 
confluence to subscribe entire groups to receive update notifications? 
I thought we had done something for group subscriptions for the other 
spaces.
