Yep, we need to change /development-tools.html site page to be a generic
landing page that provides links off to release specific pages (like for GEP
1.1.x, 2.0.x and 2.1.x) in much the way we do for the server download page.
We should also create a new Confluence space for the Devtools subproject, to
house our GEP, J2G and future tool docs, instead of carrying them along in the
server docs. I'm thinking along the lines of -
http://directory.apache.org/
where we give more visibility to our subprojects, like Devtools and Samples.....
