trunk testsuite failures

It looks like we have
I'm hitting failures attempting to run the testsuite on my mac in the 
following tests.  Are others seeing the same thing?
- webservices-testsuite/jaxws-provider-tests
- webservices-testsuite/jaxws-tests
- webservices-testsuite/jaxws-wsa-tests
- webservices-testsuite/saaj-tests
- webservices-testsuite/stax-tests
