You should not declare Maven Repositories within your POM's.
In a company environment, many are using Maven Proxies like Artifactory to
control the download of artifacts. Clients do not have direct connection to the
internet.
org/apache/geronimo/genesis/config/project-config/1.1/project-config-1.3.pom
org/apache/geronimo/genesis/config/project-config/1.2/project-config-1.3.pom
org/apache/geronimo/genesis/config/project-config/1.3/project-config-1.3.pom
define a repository, which has first priority and causes our clients to wait
for a long time before they timeout.
Please remove the repository and pluginRepository Entries from your POM's.
