Again, the artifact-alias allows for users to upgrade prior levels of
the plugins if they are installed.  Since we're starting a 2.2.1 release
countdown, I decided to put 2.2.2-SNAPSHOT support in now, so the
plugins wouldn't be outdated in a month.

The jpa-tests are not an issue in this release, due to the newer genesis
level and setup in the 2.2 server.  The same changes for this codebase
didn't work for the 2.1.3 plugins.... Don't know why, but after 2 days
of trying, I gave up trying to fix the 2.1.3 build.
