Upgrade to Tomcat 7.0.6

The Tomcat community has released Tomcat 7.0.6, which is their first release 
which is not categorized as a "beta". 

IMO, we should upgrade to this version prior to our 3.0-M2 release (assuming it 
doesn't introduce problems). Comments?
