Extracted jline32.dll is not deleted after the deploy command

While using deploy command, a temp folder used for OSGi cache will be created
in the var folder, e.g. instance-1148318999590874587-cache. After the deploy
command exits, the temp folder is not deleted. The left file is an extracted
dll file jline32.dll. Need to find a solution to clear it.
This issue should be only existing on Windows Platform
