Steps to reproduce this problem.
1. Install GEP and aries tool to eclipse Helios SR1
2. create OSGi bundle project "bundleA" and "bundleB"
3. create OSGi application project "OSGiApp" to include "bundleA" and "bundleB"
4. deploy app to geronimo server v3.0-snapshot
4. change the symbolic name of project a to "bundleAupdated" and save the
project
Symptoms are as below:
1. The server view shows the status of geronimo server v3.0, OSGiApp, bundleA,
bundleB all as Synchronized.
2. Manually trigger a server publish event, after publishing, OSGiApp is
deleted on server, but OSGiApp still shows in server view.
