If we continue to branch the GMOxNN build document with every new code branch,
does that make the GMOxDEV build document obsolete?

Perhaps we put all the information into the GMOxNN documents, remove everything
from the GMOxDEV document, and only maintain links from the GMOxDEV to the
associated GMOxNN documents?
